We are a custom store offering both Standard and custom made items.

We want you to love your new piece of furniture as much as we loved creating it for you. That’s why we work tirelessly to ensure you’re delighted with your selection. However, if you’re not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to assist you. All items have a self-ship return policy tailored for the Furniture Category (As these are Large and Heavy Shipments). Please Note : We do not offer Trial Room Services.
Since these are large products, we kindly ask you to double-check all dimensions, weight, and specifications, as well as ensure sufficient space before placing your order. To avoid any hassle.
Delivery Details
To ensure a smooth and reliable supply chain, we’ve partnered with trusted logistics companies like FedEx, BlueDart, DTDC, and Delhivery. Since our products fall under the Heavy & Bulky category requiring special trucking and handling, we do not offer trial room services, unlike apparel or any small sized lightweight items.
We are not Shopkeepers/Retailers, you will be purchasing directly from the factory. Please note that we operate on a Manufacturer Model rather than a retail distribution model. As such, the MRP does not include one-way or two-way shipping costs, similar to many other e-commerce platforms.
All shipments are insured for safe doorstep delivery if you live on the Ground Floor or First Floor. In case its a higher floor in a high rise building, you will need to have a Lift.
We do not offer labor or porter service to carry the load via stairs or any such similar arrangement. In the rare event of damage during transit, we will prioritise issuing a replacement as soon as possible. In any such scenario : It must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery, with the unboxing video.
We are also committed to sustainability, so our products are shipped compressed in eco-friendly bags or boxes. For hygiene purposes, we kindly ask you to discard the packaging upon unboxing.
Incomplete or Incorrect Delivery Address Or Refusal.
To ensure smooth and timely delivery, customers are required to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing the order. This must include:

Floor / Apartment Details
Building Name (if applicable)
Street / Locality
Nearest Landmark (recommended)
Correct Pincode and City
Valid Contact No
If the address provided is incomplete, unclear, or incorrect, it may result in the shipment being marked as RTO (Return to Origin) by the courier partner.
Impact on Refunds

The original shipping and return freight charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
We strongly recommend double-checking your address details before confirming your order to avoid unnecessary delays, returns, or deductions.
Damages / Incorrect Product / Missing Items
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damages, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. If there is any mismatch in the published details, please get in touch with us within 48 hours and provide an unboxing video.
Important Notes: Faulty claims made outside the 48-hour window will be assessed under our warranty policy, not as damage or return claims, as shipping insurance coverage will have expired. To report an issue, please email us at hello@thefluco.com with the relevant details. After reviewing the case, we will issue replacement parts or repair center as needed.
Unboxing Video Requirement: It is mandatory to record an unboxing video while opening your parcel. Ensure the video shows a thorough inspection of the product and only stop recording once you’re fully satisfied with your order. Without the video, we won’t be able to process your claim.

Many customers overlook these details and later realize the item doesn’t fit through doorways, staircases, or the intended space. To avoid any hassle:

Return Timeline and Process
We offer a self-return policy with timelines tailored to different product categories:

How It Works:
Important Note: Items under the 100 Day Return Policy will have a Restocking Fee of Upto 15%, based on the return Date and depreciation. Before generating an RMA, ensure you’ve reviewed the return process with your shipping vendor.
- In case you wish to return, reach out after 48 hours of delivery, once the unit has fully expanded.

You can generate a Return merchandise authorisation (RMA) anytime within the applicable return timeline.

Once an RMA is generated, you have 7 days to ship the product back.

Please note: Only one RMA can be issued per order.
Refund Process

Once the returned product is delivered to us, a refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7 days.
- It may take an additional 4–9 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- We have warehouses based in Delhi, Haryana and Rajasthan as of now.
Terms for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following:

Items that are damaged, scratched, stained, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount.
- Once the return shipment is delivered to us, a thorough Quality Check (QC) will be conducted to assess any damage or depreciation caused.
Important Reminder:
To avoid issues, please handle and use the product with care and ensure proper packing and shipping when returning the item.
Exchanges
The Timeline and Policies for Exchange remain the same as Returns.
You can generate an RMA and send us back the shipment, upon delivery we will be reshipping a new unit with the updated specifications.
Clearance Sale Policy
We periodically run exciting clearance sale offers. Please note that items part of our "clearance" collection are considered "final sale" and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. These items are non returnable they are being sold at a significantly discounted price, to clear out old inventory, products with slight imperfections or defects, export surplus etc. Please go through the complete return & refund policy before the purchase and if you have any questions please do reach out to us.
Cancellation Policy

Within 24 Hours: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After 24 Hours: Cancellations are not allowed once the 24-hour window has passed.
Exceptions
In rare cases, cancellations may be permitted after 24 hours, subject to a production fee of up to 40%, depending on the stage of production.
Why This Policy?
As we do not store inventory and create each item specifically for our customers, this policy helps us minimise waste and ensure sustainable production practices.
Order Modification / Customisation Policy

Your Home, Your Rules – Choose to modify any detail according to your preferences. Whether it’s a specific size, dimension, fabric, name print, or a completely custom design, we’re here to make it happen.
However, please note:

No Returns on customisations: If you’ve customised your product with special sizes, fabrics, or designs that are not part of our standard inventory, we cannot accept returns for these orders.
- Custom orders are non-returnable as they are made to your exact specifications.
