Transit is added on top once dispatched: metro cities +3 days, rest of India +6 days. Custom pieces are quoted individually.

Yes, delivery is free anywhere in India. Every shipment is insured to your doorstep on the ground or first floor. If you're on a higher floor, you'll need a working lift - our delivery team doesn't carry pieces up the stairs.

Not at the moment - every piece is made fresh to order, so there's no stock to ship same-day. Once your order dispatches, we'll share a tracking link so you know exactly where it is.

Yes - EMI is available on every product page and at checkout, with both card and cardless options. Rates and tenures depend on your bank or card and change often, so the current offers show live on the product page.

Select products offer Partial COD: about 20% is charged at checkout and the rest is paid by cash or UPI on delivery. The 20% is part of your total, not an extra charge. See our Partial Payment Policy for full terms.

Yes, fully prepaid orders get a 5% saving. Partial COD orders are billed at the standard price.

Yes. Sofas, floor seating, sofa beds and bean bags carry a 5-year foam warranty plus 1 year on covers and upholstery. Pet beds are covered for 1 year, kids' pieces for 2 years. Full terms are on our Warranty Policy page.

Virgin foam, always - never up-cycled or reclaimed. Depending on the piece, that's high-density HR foam, feather foam, or shredded foam. Everything is handmade in India, and almost all pieces are frameless with no wooden frame.

Shredded-foam pieces (bean bags, floor cushions, Jakarta, Porto and similar) settle with use - a regular fluff brings the bounce back. Solid-foam sofas hold their shape in normal use and don't need fluffing.

Our furniture is built on dense, high-resilience foam engineered to hold its shape under real daily use, not a delicate showroom piece. Seating capacity is sized to the product - for example, a 3-seater comfortably seats three.

It varies by product. Some pieces are washable only with the Make It Washable add-on, some have fixed covers, and kids' pieces, pet beds and bean bags are washable. Check the individual product page for what applies.

Very close - our pieces are soft-structured with a ±2% size tolerance, and colour can vary slightly batch to batch since everything is handmade. If exact colour matching matters, order a Fabric Sample Kit before you buy.
