We aim to resolve any claim within two weeks of acceptance. Please note, this warranty doesn’t cover products used in commercial settings, or any physical damages. Please note, any tufted buttons on any product are not covered as part of warranty claims as they might break due to a number of reasons not related to the product quality. However in case of any such related issues, our team will be available at all times to help you with the same if you need repairs
