Question 1 : How long before my sensory beanbag needs a refill?
Answer : It depends on the frequency of use. On average, a micro-bead filled beanbag may need a refill after about one year of using. It also depends on your personal preference of course. Some people prefer a somewhat softer beanbag and even remove a slight bit of filling right after purchase.

Question 2 : Can i wash my sensory bean bag?
Answer : The outer cover can be machine washed at 30˚C. To avoid fading, we recommend washing the entire cover instead of using a cloth for removing stains. The inner cover cannot be washed, you probably wouldn’t like to see your house being covered in EPS filling! Removing stains on the inner cover can be done using a wet cloth.

Question 3 : What is the fabric used in the sensory beanbag collection?
Answer : The fabric used in the sensory beanbag collection is a special blend of stretch cotton & polyester. It can be machine washed at 30 degrees.

Question 4 : What do sensory beanbags use as filling and how is this different from other beanbags?
Answer : The filling used in sensory products consists of a special high quality manufactured EPS (expanded polystyrene) pearl. Most beanbags make use of big recycled EPS flakes, made from shredded insulation sheet or used package material which air out very fast. The micro-beans in sensory bean bags being tiny take more time to air out and allows greater comfort and improves durability.

Question 4 : Getting up is a bit difficult, what’s the best way to get up from the beanbag?
Answer : Because beanbags shape and adapt to one’s body, getting up from one could be quite a challenge. Suggestions about how to get out of a beanbag include pushing off with both hands simultaneously or simply rolling off sideways.

Question 4 : How can I make a chair and sit up straight?
Answer : That’s easy! First, place the bean bag in a vertical position. Place your back against the beanbag's side while grabbing his sides with both hands. Drop your knees, lean backwards and let yourself drop into his belly. Watch the product video for a demo.

EVERYDAY CARE TIPS
If your fabric thread becomes loose, simply cut it off. Do not pull it. Dust is best removed using your hand vacuum with the appropriate attachment. Avoid harsh brushing and sharp objects (rings, buckles, toys) as it may cause snagging of threads. To avoid your sofa from fading, it is best not to expose it to direct sunlight. For best safety, Your furniture should be placed at least 50cm away from any heat source.
